What if instead of a percent you got 75 mag/stam recovery for each piece of medium/light armor?

This would require a buff to other stam rec sources, like glyphs, sets and the serpent mundus.

Also, with a buff, these will be too efficient for heavy armor users.

It's an option, but it would require a lot of rethinking about how things work as the game is in theory balanced around the current reachable levels.
