Revitalising group finder

When I use the group finder to do a specific or random dungeon, whether it be for a pledge or a specific monster helm, I end up having to wait between 10 to 30 minutes to finally get it to form a group. This most likely due to people not using it a lot. So I propose a little incentive.

The changes that have been done to the undaunted pledges have helped greatly in acquiring keys for monster shoulders faster, however, it is still greatly based on RNG that only lets you try 6 times a day.

How about another undaunted chest that has all possible monster shoulders in the loot table, and then reward random group dungeons with a key for that chest. You can already farm monster helms as often as you'd like, the exception are shoulder pieces.

I do believe this would greatly improve group formation times for a group to run whatever dungeon.

If you play as healer or tank you get a dungeon immediately every time.

I think main problem no one runs group finder now because of how bugged it is 9 out of 10 getting ported out of dungeon after group was successfully port and then people have to port back in manually because group finder is in its "you have to wait xx minutes before using group finder again" stage.
Magicka sorcerer from start until the end. Always. Through the good times and the bad, even now when its probably saddest PvE dps it has ever been.
Even as an owner of one radiant apex mounts I am against radiant apex mounts and anything thats not obtainable by direct purchase.

I've had long waiting times as a tank and healer as well, but you are right, it is usually faster. In an ideal world it would be instant though.

Then in addition of adding undaunted key rewards to random group dungeons, they could go ahead and fix this problem as well.

I don't think incentive is needed, as it is already there. You have a long wait because the group finder has not been working properly technically and also is not programmed correctly in terms of who to group together more efficiently, in my opinion.

Additionally, there should be an incentive to have more healers and tanks in the game and queued up (actual healers and tanks, not dd's who queue up as such). The long waits are mostly an excess of dd's and a lack of tanks/healers.

    Nooooo

The way your idea comes off, it's not going to help anything other than an extra box but that isn't improving the activity finder nor does it address the queue time.

    The solution is this:
    1. Remove the undaunted daily quests from towns
    2. Add the undaunted daily reward for ANYONE who does a random normal(it's One Tamriel right)
    3. If they do a vet random, give double the normal rewards so 2 helms and 2 keys
    4. If they do Vet hard mode, 3 keys and 1 guaranteed weapon
    5. This would allow in on day a max of three consecutive (blue) queues instead of one
    6. Remove the specific dungeons but keep the rewards aligned to the dungeon so that people don't game the easy dungeons.

That's how you fix it and honestly that should've always been the design. But they are pushing ppl to have to do more spread out and don't seem to want ppl to play more than one specific and designed randoms for pre 50 players.

It's a very poor design but also seems intentional

Another RNG component? That is Zenimax mentality. Think outside the current game mechanics – a token system, for example.
