Every time there is a seasonal event..

-stupendous lag
-slow loading player characters, npcs, quest markers and map
-textures that don't full load (ie: blurry ground)

Seriously guys, a lot of us shell out money for a sub plus crowns.. maybe use that cash to invest in a better server architecture.
