They are nowhere to be found, not in inventory, mail, bank or anywhere else. No other quest reward was recieved

The community article says April 4, 2017 at 15:00 BST, which as far as I can work out is now.

I'm just wondering how much these new Anniversary box rewards will shake up particular markets though...In addition to the above, all daily and weekly quests completed during the anniversary event will grant you an Anniversary Gift Box (along with their regular rewards). The prices of Fortified and Potent Nirncrux's have been in a nose dive for a while now, this doesn't look like it will help. Not complaining too much though, I won't say no to free stuff!
Kinda hoping itll crush some markets that have been ridiculously imbalanced on ps41
