If I'm wearing three pieces of a gear set, do I get both the two piece bonus AND the three piece bonus? Or just the highest bonus available?

✭✭✭✭✭As what akl77 said you gain all bonuses if you match the number of items.
When you have it equipped it should highlight the bonuses which are active, you can take one bit off and see that the top bonus goes dull.
Weapon which are not active at the time do not count towards sets and if you have a set of mixed level/quality it will take the average between the values.
