Fix the long loading screens in Cyrodiil!

The last two weeks, also today, I get long loading screens when in a group in Cyrodiil. Fix, fix, fix. Now.

Since late 2014 I very seldom had long loading screens, but today it occurs each time I TP in Cyrodiil. Tried now without any addons and not being in a group, and still get 1-2 min loading screens.
Have 16gb ddr4 ram, and notice that 6gb ram is used during loading screens, with a 1070 gpu and 6700k cpu, oc at 4.6
Update: restarted computer and now TP is fast again when playing solo. Will try in a group now.
Update 2: In a group the long loading screens are back...
