Are we going to be able to use the Jubilee Cake again from last year or will there be a new cake for the upcoming event?

New one, hopefully. That Jubilee Cake must be pretty stale by now.

Tomorrow... Tomorrow does not look good either.

I kept mine sealed for the last year. I only brought it out twice to make sure it was still OK.

I want a fat/gluten-free alternative to the cake
I want one who respect the green pact :)
That should take care of the gluten too.

A braunschweiger cake? I'd actually eat that.

It only has flour, honey, and banana in it. It's a no-bake banana bread.

If you use rice or oat flour, it's gluten-free.
If you use cricket flour made 100% from crickets, and remove the banana, it's Green Pact compliant.
If you use rice or oat flour, remove the honey and use maple syrup or date paste instead, and keep the banana, it's gluten-free and vegan.
