Can I make money with my purple housing furnishings?

Ok so I have maybe 20 purple designs so can I make money crafting them are there any in particular to sell and is this a good way to make gold without harvesting i.e. buying the mats and finally how fast can I expect the turn around

    Craft some items if you have the mats and try to sell them in the zone chat or in your guild store (if you are in a guild with a store).
