How do I report botters?

I took video of people exploiting on Xbox and I'm not sure how to send the video to ZOS to report them. The sticky topic is out of date and there is no option on the support page to report a player from what I can find.

The main way of reporting them is doing it from the in-game report system. Some games will allow you to submit image or video proof of the rule breaker in their "Submit a Ticket" in their customer support section of their website/forums. However I don't know if ESO allows such forums of reporting.

You could also try reporting the incedent to Microsoft themselves as they too will punish this type of cheating on their consoles.

BOT train moving through Glenumbra over the weekend had 5 characters moving in synchronous lockstep. The lead was a Sorc (i think) followed by 4 Templars. I was able to report 4 of the 5 using the method requested by ZOS, but I came away from the experience realizing how little I know of the underlying mechanism. Ergo, the following question:

Obviously each character in the line of BOTs has be a different account, but are these accounts running on the same computer? Were that the case, would it not be fairly easy to identify the abuse? - (Multiple sessions froma single IP?)

Or is this a system whereby a bunch of "Bro's" all login at a particular time and somehow run a program that gets their characters to all do the same robotic behaviors?

I am really curious. If anyone knows I would be grateful in the understanding...
