ZOS you owe me an Omen's Edge Sword

I have been farming this sword on Vault of Madness for so long, and a few minutes ago it finally dropped! As I'm looting the daedric titan's body, which FINALLY has the sword, everything freezes and I'm stuck staring at the sword, unable to collect it until eventually I get a "you're not connected" message that kicks me off ESO.

As I'm crying and complaining to my friends in my Xbox party chat they mentioned that they also lost connection, so I know it wasn't my internet. I hate using this word, but this was LITERALLY the worst timing ever for me for something to go wrong with the servers.

Was this a scheduled maintenance? I don't remember seeing a message. Usually those occur at 6 am eastern time (so not for another 6 hours).

RNG isn't easy though... could run a dungeon 1000 times and not get a specific drop if Satan demands it.

They should make all dungeon sets be tradable outside of dungeons. Not this "only trade with group members" bullsh-. I've been grinding Burning Spellweave jewelry for 10 days now and I have not even gotten a single damn jewelry piece. Coin is soemthing I have plenty of, time is something that I do not. And these damn server crashes are wasting what little damn time I have to gind out this damn set.

If it helps, the mini boss with all the scamps drops named BSW rings so u could farm that til u get two rings.

I agree. And it doesn't seem like bosses have the same drop rate for their unique items. For example, this boss that I've been farming, Iskra the Omen, has a chance to drop three different weapons (supposedly). I have never had a weapon drop from defeating him until tonight - and I've done Vault of Madness so many times that I have all three armor sets in pretty much every trait, already.

Uhh, yeah me too. I was simultaneously playing on three Xbox consoles when it happened, so in addition to Omen's Edge I also missed out on that same sharpened vma inferno that zyk did, as well as a miraculously lucky chest that dropped a full set of VO all in divines.

Yea, I finally got my first ring after about 10ish days of grinding out the dungeon. Now I need one more ring and a neckless. So, if the time it takes is the same as the first ring. It should take me about 20 more days to get the remaining jewelry pieces. But here's hoping that it won't take that long.

Do people look at items before picking them up?
Main issue is that group leader port out / disband group and / or the dungeon finder mess up.

Say that again I farmed close to 4 weeks for the inferno sharp from that dungeon and no dice, but on the other hand ended up with the omen swords and a piece of the arcane jewelry pretty much every other run.

That single thing pretty much ruined the dungeon/ Farming grind for me so I broke from it and found something else to do before it caused me to quit the game as a whole.
