Guild Trader Dues not posting as deposit? Is this a scam?

I have deposited my 10k per week to a guild trader and it does not show up on the deposit list, but it took my money. I have asked the guildmaster and he said it is not his problem basically. This is not the first time this trader did this to me, I usually just wait a day and pay again. Is this a scam or ESO stealing my money?

    I've heard of this happening to people. If it happens, you can contact support & get your gold back.
