It's more lore friendly than 90% of the names people come up with.... believe it or not a lot of people in Tamriel have these things called, you guessed it, titles..... Some are funny, some are serious, some are offensive.... This is whatever the OP intended it to be and it doesn't seem to be intended for malicious purposes... Even if it was, so be it.5 -

Here is just one example of many. This name would be reported and flagged and forced to be changed if a player used it.

Report ZOS for their sexual statements they force us to read, not just a single word taken out of conext.
It matters, even if you don't see it. I can see it, plain as day. Yeah, you can use that name innocently. The fact is that it has another meaning, one that refers to something that we cannot use in our character names. There is not enough context to differentiate between the two, when used as described.
Some people use obscure, but explicit, sexual references in character and account names. ZOS makes them change those names, when against the ToS, and it comes to their attention. There is no rocket science here. The OP's choice of a character name includes one of those things, intended or not.
As for ZOS using sexual references in their game, you can certainly write feedback about that. Their use of those sexual references does not confer upon the players the right to name characters and accounts using the same. It simply isn't so.XBox EU/NA:@ElsonsoJannus

But why should players be punished in their creativity by ZOS whilst ZOS still has free reign? It's a bit hypocritical to ban someone's name while releasing at the same time an item that every player is forced to see when they log in with a name like Lifts-Her-Tail.... Yes it needs to be monitored and yes people take it to extremes. Bottom line though if you take offense to something like this then;
1: you should not be playing online games anyway
2: you should not be playing an Elder Scrolls game since they make tons of references to sexual themes and is meant for MATURE adult players.
If you have a problem with anything sexual, don't play a game that is rated to have sexual themes and situations....
All in all ZOS has final say in what the consider to be offensive. I've seen plenty of more offensive names than this that never get reported. 90% of the time the person doing the reporting is trolling and isn't actually offended.
ZOS took this one to the extreme IMHO and at a bad time for them with their April Fool's Day joke. You start banning names like this, in this game, to me, it makes you look hypocritical... ban those names, then ban your own npc names while you're at it and completely rewrite all of your lore.
Give in to the care bears on a mature game and we will be left with a meaningless story with no real world aspects. Might as well be playing a Disney princess game.Edited by DeadlyPhoenix on April 2, 2017 9:36PM3 -

Yeah, if ZOS allow the care bear trolls to have their way you probably will... Once again, I take no offense to this title, seeing as how I am a mature adult playing a mature game with mature content in it. I expect to see this sort of thing and actually encourage it since the darkness of the lore in the Elder Scrolls is one of the things that attracted me to it in the first place.1 -

I'd imagine if I named a toon "Physical Penetration" I'd get flagged almost immediately even though it's word for word a phrase used commonly in game. They certainly have every right to flag and rename anything they want but they really should look at their own terminology as well if they want to be so strict.2 -

You mean aside from the fact that it is their game? They don't have to follow the same rules that they make you agree to.
I have a long term character in Wailing Prison. I probably saw 200 new characters today, and I saw names, character and player, that are references to sex, sexual acts, body parts, and various bodily functions . It is not uncommon. Most of these players are probably adolescents (covering a wide range of ages) and they think they are pretty clever. Some are. Most aren't. Once they get out into the world, if they play long enough, someone will probably report them.
I don't report these, if you are wondering. My "take offense" level is pretty high.
That said, if I see names that cross the line, like references to violent sexual acts or crimes, I will.

Right and I completely agree with you to a point. Certain names should not be allowed but can you honestly tell me "Jynxe the Penetrator" is bad enough to warrant a rename?
All I'm saying is they need to be a little more lenient with certain names considering their own style of naming... Yes it's their game so they can do what they want, but saying it's ok for them to do it and not us isn't right. You don't see them renaming their own stuff do you? Hell you don't even see people reporting these sexual references that ZOS makes because people don't really care, they just want to troll.
Certain names cross the line, this one did not. They really should be more lenient and actually consider their own stuff. With that though, I'll leave it be since this is going no where.

✭Honestly you're lucky they just didn't outright ban you.
One of my guildmates kept getting pulled for his offensive names, we tried to tell him, but he said they would never perma ban for something that silly.
One dead account later he believes us. If you just have to have attention find another way to do it, they are strict on names with this game.

✭✭✭Normally I would agree with the OP considering penetration is a think in the game. The problem I have is that if you have had multiple name problems, I have to assume you are going for the sexual meaning. While that doesn't bother me, TOS.1
