L49 to Champion level 54 in one mission completion, is that normal?

So I was using the festival pie to gain double experience.
The mission in question was a Daggerfall Covenant storyline mission in Alikr Desert. I was just below Level 50 when I completed the mission, I now have 18 points in each one of the Champion areas to distribute.
I don't remember that happening with my last character who reached L 50.

✭✭Champion Points are shared between your characters. So if you already have a character with a certain champion rank, every new character you create will get the same champion rank once they reach level 50.2 -

✭You could have actually applied those champion points at level 3. You had them the whole time because your other character already earned them.Make PC NA raiding great again!
