Starter Home Stuck Issues

I'm on an iMac with Sierra version 10.12.3. Sometimes I can't leave my starter home through the door or by using a wayshrine. The load screen is infinite. I have even left it on overnight. It was still loading in the morning. The only way I can leave is by going to one of the other two starter homes through the collections menu. Thank goodness I have one in each faction!
I submitted a bug in-game the first time this happened, but they couldn't help. I can't imagine I'm the only person experiencing this!

After my character traveled to a different starter home today, she couldn't leave through the front door of that one and my computer hung up on the loading screen again.Most people go through life dreading they'll have a traumatic experience. Unstuck doesn't work, wayshrines don't work, the front door does not work. ✭I'm pretty sure most people with this issue are logging off inside the homes and stuck when logging back in.
Piece of advice, do not log off inside your home. It's an "instance"(temporary area, for those who don't know the old term) and not always loaded onto the servers like the zones.1 -
blacksghost✭✭✭✭If you get stuck behind a load screen because the house door works sometimes and then doesn't the next, you can't go anywhere but quit!. There is no escape from the Load Screen of death, Mighty overlord superior of Molag Bal.
