    I disabled HarvestMap and I don't get that orb anymore. Well, I disabled it on 5 characters so far.

    oh! so it's HarvestMap that is causing the problems. i thought it was Dolgubon's Lazy Writ Crafter.

    i'm going to delete it. thanks ;)

    To be clear, I didn't disable HarvestMap. I just disabled the April 1 nonsense. It is the last toggle in the addon settings.

    It is possible that the Lazy Writ Crafter also has an April 1 thingie.

    looks like i need to create a note on my calendar to disable all addons on the next year before the april 1. at least they could add pranks that didn't cause so many crashes and loggin conflicts or end it on april 2.

    Yeah, it's kind of pointless to have a time-saving addon that makes you spend half an hour trying and failing to login.

    i'm having similar problems. it's very very hard to login, usually it crashes after a long time loading, and in the very rare occasions that i had the luck to reach the game it crashed on this fake quest. i even tried to delete the quest in some characters but in the next time i manage to enter the game without disabling the addons the quest is in my journal again.

    hmm, that's strange, after being told about it, I just disabled the quest in the addon's settings and issue was resolved for me...the addon of interest was HarvestMap. Maybe if you go to the addon's page at esoui.com, the author may be able to help...

    also, according to the author, the whole april 1 component of the addon is supposed to just go away anyway after april 3...
