Can anyone think of a good (non - pet) PvP Mag Sorc build (gear) that doesn't take 100s of 1000s of gold to build? I don't mind farming sets

dpencil✭✭✭✭Seducer and Julianos are easy to get, since they are craftable. You could run those two with 1 monster piece. If you wanna farm... Lich, BSW, Spinners, Amberplasm all come to mind. If you want a monster set like Pirate Skeleton or Infernal Guardian, then choose one main set either damage or sustain, and either do 4 piece with jewelry and weapon or 3 piece willpower with random weps.5
