Black Screen crash?

I know the difference between a crash to desktop and a mere black screen and what I have is a random black screen that will pop up after a little pause randomly.......My driver's are all up to date and I have beyond recommended specs.....This makes it difficult to enjoy the game as it can happen so frequently that just today I was in public dungeon and it did this 3 times in less than 10 minutes!! Obviously even though I can hear the sounds and know I can control my character still while this black screen is up.....I obviously have to exit game because I can't play with a black screen up......This Problem has been going on for a long time for many people it makes game hard to enjoy a fix would be wonderful I have already tried a number of solutions to no avail and I'm not a Nvidia card user I use a Radeon RX-480 amd GPU and a i5 quad core processor and cap the fps at 45 and turn grass off (due to amd latest updates causing grass to flicker black) and run at almost highest settings

And no error message whatsoever I have it running as administrator Already

I'm having the same issue. I was having a crazy issue with the grass shadows flipping out and going crazy for the last three months or so. Since the match after the thieves guild event, i've been having this happen after 10-20 minutes of gameplay. The screen goes black, a second or two later the sound starts up again but i can't escape the black screen and have to do a hard reset. I can't find anything to solve the issues and my stuff is up do date and running the game on ultra. I have no clue why it's doing this and no way of getting out of the black screen just yet. As it is, the game is unplayable if i have to reset the pc every ten minutes.

So, I'm not sure if this is the same or not?

I have a pretty cheap Roku TV, but it has never done this with ESO or any other game before. I've tried the others just to check, but they seem fine. I was just in Kvatch killing sermonizers (and doing the optional 2 additional ones) before going to the Grand Sermonizer's estate when, during the loading screen of entering her manor, the screen faded to black. It lasted for the entire screen load before coming back when I got inside the manor. It also did this for the beginning screens: the "press 'x' to start" screen was fine, but when I pressed x the next screen could be seen for about half a second before it immediately faded to black. I pressed x again and it loaded the screen again before it brought me to the character selection screen. It initially happened while I was using my Argonian MagWarden (an alt) before I tried using my main and the same thing happened. I have short videos showing exactly how this looks, but I'm not sure how to attach them onto this thread? This just started today and is the first bug I've ever encountered with ESO (except for the sometimes riding a mount while standing/running).
