Recently I've noticed an annoying bug with the Lich set. Once I damage a keep wall with siege ( balistas for sure, don't remember if it happens with trebs) the Lich buff activates and gives me the recovery even if I'm at 100% magicka. It happens all the time when I siege and it makes Lich useless as it's on cooldown once the wall is down.
