Broom/Pail are not cosmetic costume items

I bought the broom and was disappointed to find out its just a level 1 item you equip in place of your current weapon.
No use except for wearing around the city.
I was hoping it was a cosmetic costume item. Oh well there goes 50 crowns lol I just deleted the broom after.
Making this post so that other people don't make the same mistake I did. Its not very clear what these items are.

It is extremely clear what they are. You hover over them in the store and you can immediately see that the broom is a level 1 two-handed mace with an attack rating, and the bucket is a heavy helm with an armor rating. What else should they have done?Edited by Zarrakon on April 1, 2017 4:23AM1 -

You "lost" your crowns cause you simply don't read what you're buying. In description of item is clearly written that broom is lvl 1 two handed weapon.0 -

Then I clicked preview and saw the broom on my back and thought hmm maybe its a cosmetic?
Just like the hats go over and cover your existing hats. You dont buy a lvl 1 hat.
I never thought it would be a level 1 equipable item, its the first of its kind sold in the store. Everything else sold is cosmetic.
I am sure that I am not the only one that couldnt tell if these were cosmetic or not because it does not specify.

...it does specifically say "two-handed mace" and "head(heavy armor)", just like every single other two-handed mace and heavy helm in the game. And just like them it lists a level and armor/weapon rating. Which means they are in fact a two-handed mace and a heavy armor head, whereas costume hats specifically say "hat" and costume robes specifically say "costume"(and neither of them lists a level/armor/wep rating for obvious reasons).
I'm honestly not trying to be mean here but I'm genuinely not sure what else could have been said. If someone skipped over words "two-handed mace", level and weapon rating he'll just as likely skip over anything elsethey say there
Oh well, at least it's just 50 crowns which is not a big price for some lulz 1 -

Simple, they could have written - "this is not a cosmetic costume item". Everything sold in the cash shop has been cosmetic item until now.
As for people complaining about their immersion, how do you handle seeing people tanking in Nordic bathing towels and jester hat? or Cadwell's pot on their head? A broom wouldn't have been that bad since you can only DPS with 2 handed.
