Received achievement "complete a Weekly trial within 33 minutes" when actually it took me a bit over an hour, screenshot below.

Client crashed when used teleport from arena 7 to arena 8. Potentially game thinks that I left the arena, but I didn't and logged back in 45 seconds... Furthermore, if you leave arena to swap Mundus stone or change skill Morphs - you don't get a score, but I did get a score.
Is this a bug and should I get the title? or my own fault that game crashed?
P.S. its 100% bug that I received "complete a Weekly trial within 33 minutes" achievement.

I guess they still havent fixed this. You won't get the title. Leaving the arena, intentionally or unintentionally, disables you to get it. Really flawed thing imo, but they actually adjusted the title description with homestead to say exactly that.PC EU

I did and they told me that the requirements of a group dungeon were not met by someone from the group...
Obvious bug, but nobody cares...
@Masel92 yeah, even after crash I didn't leave the arena to anyhow influence my end result like changing gear, mundus or morphs, it shouldn't matter, that is just common sence.PC/EU 800 CP.

Had the same issue when I did my first flawless run. Support will not help you - I tried everything.
You have to do it again.
