Knowing wrobel, this will come in the form of a 5 piece set bonus that grants light attacks a 5% chance to detonate blocking opponents, causing them to explode for 20k AE dmg.

There is an article out for each battleground with descriptions and images and there's an hour long video on youtube where the top dogs show them off.

You could have a CP600 player with a 5-45 record, and a CP600 player with a 45-5 record, and that kind of matchmaking will consider them "equal". Expect to see a lot of skilled players bored and unchallenged by all the unskilled players they queue into, and a lot of unskilled players frustrated with all the people they queue into that just faceroll them.
They don't necessarily need matchmaking to be based on win/loss records, but they can't pretend that a character's level is any sort of indication of skill.

it will just be like swtor by, farm the *** out medals. Once you get the medals for certain parts, say objectives, you move on to the next set of medals. Who cares if you win or lose as it makes no difference, just kill trade your way to top spots.

Just a minor correction ... so small I almost didn't post a reply ...
8. Expect major re-balancing with the Morrowind expansion. This includes item sets.
Please LOWER the drop rate to make sets worth ANYTHING. More bind on pickup please.
So I assume this means everyone in the group can be the same class and role they needed to add class restrictions where everyone has to be a different class and why it's not following the 2 dps 1 tank 1 healer set up is dumb as well.Strider_Roshin wrote: »3.
