First pug?
This guy was so worried about wasting time in a dungeon that he ended up literally wasting time by getting kicked before he could get a key.
I am an ass sometimes when one of my team mates or all does not have an optimized build in vet dungeons and decides to reject my advice. But I know how it feels being stuck in a easy dungeon with someone who's rebellious and doesn't know how to play properly.
I think it's mercury in the vaccines causing irreversible brain damage personally.

Except when you are the person dieing repeatedly you can only blame yourself. I have learned when using group finder to not rely on others so much. So I can self heal and kite bosses if need be while also dps.
It's ok to be in a hurry but when you suck and try to put it off on others, that is not ok.
Honestly that entire dungeon is a cake walk and most of it is fairly easy to solo. If he was the healer and he was running ahead and wiping then he is the problem. Of course that is evident when they kick him and beat the dungeon so quickly.
What is really funny is when people give advice that is wrong and get mad when you don't accept. Not saying you do this but it seems as if the person op is taking about is doing this. As he was saying not to use bow, when most stamina DPS back bar a bow.
Now the person using a 2 hand, which was 600 CP should be probably know dw is so much better by now.
1 in 3 sounds about right for the real world, although I'd like to think that ESO has a smaller number of jerks than the real world does.FriedEggSandwich wrote: »My old boss used to have a saying; "1 in 3 is a prick". Personally I don't think it's as much as 1 in 3 but it's close.

So I'm on my tank tonight, helping a guild member get pledges done. He's been trying to refine his build (dps stamblade) and is cp200. My tank is at the 375 range.
We queue into vet vaults of madness (of course instantly getting kicked out because of the group finder bug, then travel back in). We ended up with a 410 healer and 600 dps, think the dps wad a stamplar.
By the second boss, our healer is rushing headlong into packs, constantly getting himself killed. On the skeletal colossus boss, he makes the comment in group chat "can we get rid of the archers?" - referring to the fact that, like any proper stamina dps, both of our damage dealers had bow back bars. Neither was solely using the bow (guildie had dw, and the 600 had 2h).
I ignore it and we continue. Healer continues rushing past everyone else and pulling everything, making it difficult for me as the tank to bring together packs for aoe. I addressed it in chat asking why he was in such a hurry, and he comments that "unlike trash players I have thing to do and don't want to spend all day in a simple dungeon".
It gets more caustic from there, with this guy insulting everyone else in the group while being a general waste of a slot. My sap tank was doing most of the healing.
On the final boss, he decides to sabotage things by not healing and, through several wipes due to these shenanigans, constantly aggroing the boss right after reviving so we can't use the scroll.
Long story short, we kick him, bring in a guild healer, and finish Hardmode in one easy attempt. This guy was so worried about wasting time in a dungeon that he ended up literally wasting time by getting kicked before he could get a key.
Why are people like this?
Just a bit of constructive criticism in regards to the "get rid of the archers comment" perhaps you could equip swarm mother if you're on a NB and pull them in for a faster burn. *(If the guy complaining is used to an end game DK tank he'd probably expect ranged adds to be chained in). Not a major issue, but it definitely slows things down a little not being able to pull everything together on trash fights.

The funniest part of running VVoM is when someone gets linked to the 1st boss (Ghost with a few skeleton adds), people keep DPS-ing that boss, he predictably dies, then promptly blames the healer
