If the jewelry is from a set that is BoP, it can't be sold. So Worm jewelry from the golden cannot be sold. Only sets that are BoE, like Dragonguard and Necropotence, can be sold.1 -

If it's a Lorkhaj drop, then unbound sets would have dropped from the release of Dark Brotherhood until, I think, the Hist DLC drop. (It might have been right after Hist, I'm not 100% sure.)0 -

Ah yes, some sets used to be BoE and went to BoP. I saw a BoE Viper Shield on a trader the other day, but those are very rare. I've searched for Ebon gold jewelry in all traders in Xbox NA for almost a month and only found 1 for an crazy high price.0
