I'm kinda sure that it's lore friendly given that the current situation is hectic in terms of the invasion going on across Tamriel. Though I'm not so sure about the scale of it as Molag Bal's primary target is the Imperial City.
That said, I'm quite on the fence about this. If it can be done, it should be done the right way.

And who build numidium?

But this would give us a chance to kill the lag! AD, DC & EP all coming together to kill their true enemy... LAG!No. Please, no more lag generating bs.
So "mega" WBs in WoW required at least 20-30 players to team up and survive certain phases and mechanics that the bosses threw at the players.
After a while, the boss mechanics were figured out and larger and larger groups would do it. Also, it became a gigantic blur of lights on your screen as AoEs popped everywhere.

Of OblivionYes, but only if it's named like that.
No, scratch that - only if it's named Ultra Mega Ultimate Badass Titan Boss
So I was thinking back to some old MMO games the other day and something I always thought was quite fun as the random events that would take place! What I think that would make the game epic would be to have special enemies such as titans or super powered enemies that spawn in each zone say, every 2 hours! They give a huge amount of xp and a chance at daedric themed items like furnishings or motifs?

Yes this. 1000000000% random spontaneous fun and killing. Make rewards change frequently to generate interest. Stuff like the boss spawns little adds. Kill the boss for a chance at getting the add as a pet. Lord Dagon is having his birthday sometime soon and will need to party right?
