BiS non-VMA weapon enchants

Heya, running stam sorc dw/bow build. 5x VO, 5x NMG, 2x Velidreth. Currently have weapon damage enchant (main hand), crusher (off-hand) and poison on bow.
This is for group PvE, what enchants should one be using for max DPS? Crusher seems pointless as tanks usually run it, disease is useless as enemies dont survive long enough for the debuff to be any use. Whats a good alternative off-hand enchant?
