The word on the street is that battlegrounds will be no CP by default.
My question here is what you feel is the most important to have banned from use in battlegrounds, if any.

Poisons in no-cp however, is just dumb. Limit poisons to CP/CP-campaigns and it's fine, but poisons in no-cp makes it worth running a staff(for magicka class) just to light attack people with a poison equipped. Poke Poke Poke Poke for days.
I would also want to get rid of permanent cloaking. I know it's a habit for some magicka nightblades to stay 1 second visible and 10 seconds in cloak. Or using an ability then going straight into cloak again.
Proc-set stacking should also be removed. Let people run 1 instant proc-set only. (referring to global cooldown for procsets, which should be implemented imo).Ignorance is the greatest weapon of tyranny.

This is part of the game, if it is not balanced then fix it so it's part of the game. If not then completely seperate all PvP with PvE. Not seperate some PvP from other PvP. Distinctions like that make them seem like they have no clue no plan no care.5 -

Out of curiosity which add ons do you feel are mandatory for competitive play in Cyrodiil, and further which add ons do you fear might come into play in Battlegrounds? (if the questions sound sarcastic it's just the forums, they are honest)
For Cyrodiil it's a lot of the add-ons which feed map event information into chat or on screen huds vs checking the map. For example a vanilla player won't know how far a keep has gone, but a player using add-ons knows when each flag in a keep flips, or notifications when the siege mark comes up.
I worry that the CTF/Domination modes will have similar feedback, knowledge as to if a flag is flipping without visual confirmation etc.
Whilst these are minor they do effect how you can play as you can abandon an action earlier and without needing to check a map.
I am sure there are others, and most common use like buff trackers etc. (which Morrowind adds official versions of).@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

This would prevent 4 Magicka Templars, 4 Health Wardens, etc. I doubt this will happen so oh well.

If battlegrounds have CP then I see no issues with poisons. Poisons drastically help take out those ridiculous unkillable tank builds which are only possible with CP.0 -

I haven't been involved too terribly long here - my first thought about skills is why don't they just have a new PVP skill line and a PVE skill line, which work only in their respective areas. Then they can figure out PVP balance.

I doubt they will eliminate CP altogether for PvP. It could be their way of nudging players towards no CP after BG fever wears off like dueling did, and people go back to previous PvP habits.Fear is the Mindkiller0
