Isnt it time for Weapon Dyes and/or some sort of Transmog?

-Weapon Dyes: Originally we were denied this because zenimax was afraid of people running around with pink swords. Well not only has zenimax forced us to run around with pink swords since the introduction of Rubedite, they've also enabled hairy male Nords to run around in wedding dresses and skimpy female attire while wielding battleaxes.
Some people see ESO and MMOs as a place to be silly, thats fine, but some of us would like to do away with the silly pink swords that ZOS has forced on us. Is ZO$'s only objection that they sold the nord the wedding dress for 700 crowns, and they havent figured out how to sell weapon dyes yet?

-Transmog: Whether this means the ability to convert the style of equipment or something more tasteful, my Altmer Templar is miserable right now. I have all his gear converted to Imperial style which as you know is a TRAVESTY that I'm forced to inflict on him because the dungeon set he's wearing drops as Daedric, which is only slightly worse. I'm not the only one in these dire straights either.
Please post ideas on how you'd like to see a transmog system or alternative implemented!

Yes; weapon dyes. Easily include it into the subscription, the clock has been ticking for a while now. As for converting armour styles, they may just bypass crafting in this game yet another time. Also they may add it into the crown store, which wouldn't be a surprise but at the same time seems like a stretch.

Yes this game needs a transmog system like WoW, badly.
PAWS (Positively Against Wrip-off Stuff) - Say No to Crown Crates!

TESO needs a wardrobe system badly. Something similar to WoW's tmog system would make this game one of the best mmorpg out there!

I like the idea of being able to merge two weapons or pieces of armor. If you get a heavy chest piece dropped but it is Daedric but your Khajiit would prefer to only wear Khajiit gear would be nice if you could merge two pieces of armor together. Go to a crafting station with your two pieces of armor (wouldn't mind if they have to be same level and quality) and merge them together. You get the trait and enchantment of one weapon and the style of the other as the two are combined into one.
and then the parrot said, "must be the water mines green too."

Why they haven't done this already is completely beyond me, we are already running around with pink armor and silly pink attire. And most weapons have a bright reddish pink to them so what was their argument again?

Does anyone really not realize that the argument of weapons should retain their ore color is completely rendered obsolete by armor dying in the first place? It's made of the red material too, we can still dye it.

And in real life you can alter the color of ores anyway with natural and synthetic dyeing, it's expensive and tedious but people do it. So those "real life" references don't hold up either.

Will there ever be greater elaboration on a ETA for weapon dyes?

Well the person who decided all end game gear should be red is probably the same one who came up with learning styles that can't be applied to 99.99% of gear.
