Take flight wont work off stairs in pvp

Just started playing dk again after you nerfed the distance. This skill never works off stairs, up down, on grates, whatever. It's as bad as ambush and toppling.

20% base speed for high ping players.
Streak moves you faster then speed cap.
They should of made 4v4v4v4 instead of 8v8.

✭It's nothing new that gap-closers doesn't work properly though. Sometimes I can fly from the bottom of a hill to the top of a rock with one use of gapcloser.
Other times I can't gapclose over a super-tiny, barely-visible rock in the field.
