Constant UI error

So for the past week or so I keep randomly getting a box that comes up and says UI error followed by a box of code. When this happens I pretty much have to force quit the game app and reload. Menu will work halfway. I can get in but I can't change gear. Text chat won't come up via shortcut. Even when I open it through the menu nothing sent with it functions. The actual log off button doesn't work and neither does the chat command

✭This is likely tied to the bank splitting stack bug in another thread. It gives an error and locks up a lot of stuff on consoles.0 -

Wouldn't I have to split a stack though? I've never done that. It does it a lot in the bank admittedly though. But also there's a good chance that if I lock or unlock gear it does it. Crafting stations set it off quite a bit along with assigning potions to a tab0 -
