@ZOS Bahraha's Curse double dipping in Battle Spirit

It seems to me that the set Bahraha's Curse is double dipping in Battle Spirit.
This means that the tooltip (in my case) reads 800 damage and thus should heal 800 per tick.
It heals for around 200.
This could indicate that the damage is halved to 400 and the heal is further halved to 200.

Damage is halved by battle spirit, meaning 400 damage done per tic. Healing is also halved, and based on damage done, in this instance.
Since damage done is 400 per tic, half of that would be 200 per tic.0 -

AFAIK it's not supposed to double dip.3 -
raj72616a✭✭✭✭✭it has always double dipped. it used to crit on the damage, and then crit on the heal again. so when proc sets lost their ability to crit, those sap sets were doubly nerfed.0 -

Skills whose healing depends on dmg done cannot double dip.
You can't get 1/4 of the healing the tooltip mentions. Something similar happned with strife some time ago and was corrected.Sarcasm is something too serious to be taken lightly

✭✭✭✭I don't think it's double dipping - you aren't considering the target's mitigation. 800 is cut to 400 by Battle Spirit but then reduced further by spell resistance and flat mitigation such as Blade Cloak, Restoring Focus, etc.1 -

Yes this might be true. I did see higher values during the night.
