Mine is getting Ganked in thornblade in cropsford while I was trying to get to v16. Then I finally got good and became the Ganker, or gankspanked gankers in cropsford.
The first few seconds when evryone still sucked ad i could kill lots of players ...not i am tge one that sucks ..OH and that evryone was wearing the same soul leather gear thing armor
That time my friend and I, playing for the first time, tried to go up the west coast of Auridon and wound up in the middle of a Maormer invasion four or five levels over our heads, south of Firsthold.
Doing Cyrodiil early and getting to the King of Grahtwood at least 9 levels ahead of the content.
The satisfaction of approaching the Friendship Gate in Wrothgar and seeing Veteran Rank 16 flash onto my screen as the location was discovered.
Seeing the crowds in Zone 1and 2, and then having them thin out by Zone 4 and 5. It was like I was getting away from it all.
Also, I remember the Crafting Level in Eldenroot being just jammed with players. Now it's a ghost town.
First time going to Coldharbor and thinking "what the heck have I got myself into" especially as I discovered the hard way that the void hurts if you jump into it.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
PakKat "Everything was going well, until I died"
Gary Gravestink "I am glad you died, I needed the help"
Zone content was more challenging and you could port into higher tiered zone content if you felt your character was over-leveled. An example would be doing the Wilderking quest with my Templar that had just turned veteran rank. Mobs were challenging and the boss was nearly impossible. But, got through it.
Don't get me wrong ... I like OneTamriel where different-leveled characters can play together. But, I miss the difficulty.
Not a very fond memory but I remember when I and my brother were certainly noobs with 14k health in cyrodiil while being vampire and both running drinks. I would complain about being 2 focus aims and 2 wrecking blows. I was vet 8 I think. It was pretty darn scary. Always 1 shotted by any trebuchet. That was when the battle spirit only took away 15% damage. But shields were 100% not 50%. Oh a great time was when jumping basically stacked so we could jump off the gate and bounce higher and higher until you were teleporting backwards then die 20 feet in the air. I hate you can't jump like that anymore I think when that was fixed that's when I noticed the awkward slow slides down rocks when you jump up on them.

Being able to viably pvp on my sandybridge laptop while at work tethered to my phone. Not possible these days, even though my night shifts are still just as boring
Mist form was better back then, you couldnt be targeted while in it. I thought engine guardian was the coolest thing, we were so bad in dungeons at vet 14 we would set it to vet 1 mode and loot an engine guardian helm vet 1. We didn't care about stats, I don't think we could have been anymore of a nub. When we first entered cyrodiil at level 10, we encountered a level like 36 or something and thought he was like an emperor but better, there was like 15 level 10s on him and he wouldn't die and when got close to his attacks we died. I no longer think really any monster set looks awesome anymore like I did back then. Oooh I thought the night blade stealth was the coolest power seeing an enemy poof and appear 20 feet somewhere else. That was probably the coolest thing to us.
During Beta, running around trying to find a bloodfiend to get infected with vampirism... and completing the quest at level 6, when it was actually a challenge.
I was level 24, and I swear I must have been the only DC in Cyrodiil early one morning. I saw that one of our keeps was under attack and headed up there. It was completely undefended and being attacked by around 11 VR EP. They had almost broken through into the inner keep. I went into stealth on the upper loft
Back then, the guards in keeps were a lot more of a danger. The EP stayed together as they fought guards, and I dropped siege from my upstairs perch. I watched them fighting a few of the guards as a group, waited until I could see their healths were getting low, and shot my fire catapult at them, hoping to kill as many as possible.
I got the whole group and gained two ranks at the next tick.
I didn't hold the keep for very long after that, but man, it felt good.

Probably getting Emperor on my Nightblade during my grind for Caltrops and wiping whole opposing sides because the game was new most people didn't quite know what was going on.
This commemoration is for the class that has constantly been plundered and dismantled by designers for no obvious reason while other classes continue to have coherent skill lines and feel both powerful and cool.
Pre-nerf Doshia as a two handed tank with not a clue how to play.
First time three guildies and I went into Spindleclutch...and rapidly ran right back out again!
The accomplishment being the first in my guild to hit V12...then V14...then V16.
Leveling werewolf by going to Bleakrock and wiping out entire encampments of bad guys while noobs were running from me cuz they thought I would kill them too
The first time I tanked three axes in AA; had no idea I was supposed to be getting stam shards from the healer so had to self manage resources all the way through. Tons of fun!!!!
First time in Cyrodiil arriving at a big siege during the first month of release looking up and seeing the sky full of flaming balls of fire flying in both direction. This was my OMG this is brilliant moment
Another was running in a casual guild PVP group on TS and the raid leader decided to try a short cut across slaughter fish invested river. We didn't question him we just backed up hit rapids and followed him off a cliff landing in the water and swam for our lives. Some even made it to the other side. The best bit was TS afterwards everyone was laughing so hard , fun times in PVP, shocker.
Last one. In the same group as before we arrived at resource that had just been capped by an AD raid. We could see they were setting up for a tower farm. Our raid leader quickly formulated a plan of action. We stacked on the flag as it flipped we all did the /wave emote mounted up and rode off leaving the farmers to pack up their siege or sit and wait for someone else to come, I miss that guild they had a fun first attitude to PVP.
1. Begging /zone in Cyrodiil to kill the dragons in the center of the map
2. Oil pots set up on/in/around Alessia bridge
3. My first scroll run
4. My first scroll defense
5. Reaching Vet rank 10 thinking I would never have to level my character(s) again
Mhmm, good times

How amazing and exciting the game was when I first started playing, and learning. The drive to get to the next zone and next level. Exploring here and there!
And when you went to a to high a leveled zone you paid the price! A level 6 has no business being the Rift!
The game is still fun and amazing. But those first few months were totally awesome and mind blowing!
