Did not receive my 20cp costume

I never got the Golden Saint costume after hitting champion level 20. I have done everything I can in-game, and get no help. Every category I try, like ask for help, tells me to use the item assistance section. The item assistance section tells me to right click on the item, then click on "get help", but you cannot do this with a missing costume. I am tired of being sent in circles for something that is probably a very easy fix. The last ticket I sent in was under the "ask for help" section of the in-game customer support. ✭Enable gamepad mode in settings. The /bug help request works differently and always gets you a customer service helper even if you just want to submit a bug report, because they haven't made both options work the same for some crazy unfathomable reason.0 -
