Question: Can guild mates donate achievement furnishings to Guild Hall?

I've purchased the Earthtear Cavern for the guild to use as a guild hall. There are certain furnishings purchaseable from Cyrodil that we would like to place to make the cavern look like a guild base, in the theme of our faction. For example the surplus tent forward camps which are only available once a player achieves the rank of 'Prefect'.

Looking at this, it states 'bind on pickup'. Does this mean that there is no way for a guild member to purchase the item and donate it to the guild hall?

Does this mean that as the owner of the guild hall I would personally have to achieve every achievement and purchase these items myself for us to place in the guild hall? Is there no way for guild mates to place, or donate?

Thanks

Day one of homestead people were buying and selling the elder scrolls from getting rank 50 in PVP. Dunno if that's the same thing.

There is no Guild Halls, only personal houses.
And that means you can only place stuff yourself, that you have earned. Others can decorate if you want though.

This was a glitch and unintentional.

Good that it can't, it would become a 'requirement' for sales guilds to impose on members.

Not a shame....doing so imposes real money requirements and or in-game progress on a home owner who may not be open to such obligations.

Ideally....the design is for each of us to have our own modest homes to add items to. It works best this way as to alleviate unnecessary customer support issues.
