Lol people get triggered so easily sometimes.
You can auto-decline Duel invites in your settings, if it bothers you.
(that's what I've done until I actually plan on dueling)

I mudball the crap out of everyone. You get to the note before me? Mudball! You taunt that npc out of my aoe? Mudball! You throw some leaves over me? Grumpy face and mudball! I'd wish I could mudball peoples lifeless, soulless carcass just because.

People get triggered by mudballs? For real? I'm glad when someone chucks a mudball at me cause it gives me some ultimate. Some people in this game tho

Ahahaha, that reminds me about my epic-eso-fail with mudballs

I'm relatively new to eso, if you count the days from starting (not the actual time in game ). I was dragged in by my friend in the end of december, when all the festival history was... pretty much history

After some screwing around and being a total n00b, I joined a very nice social guild. And the cool guy from it (cheers to him!) just gave me a memento for infinite mudballs (he had some spares after festival). And told me, that throwing mudballs was a "funny social aspect of eso".

My Veteran friend pretty much confirmed it by immediately starting mudball fight after I told him about my cool guild and gifts I received.

Now, I'm absolutely sure that both of them were not trolling me, it is, after all, the matter of perspective But the result was: I, totally new to MMO, believed that throwing mudballs was actually the sign of appreciation

High-lvl player leaves a chest for you and even point at it with destro stave? Throw mudball at his back! PUG group is awesome and patiently explains the mechanics to newbie you? Mudballs, to all of them! Someone is looking totally cool and is kind enough to tell you which motif their armor is? Thank them by mudball!

So much fail I even threw them into low-lvl players at starting locations, when I became CP-player myself. I honestly believed I was saying, "Welcome to eso, people, have fun!"

Until someone finally whispered, "dude, wtf? I did nothing wrong ". And these forums.

Yep, I slotted it exactly where mudballs were before So glad there finally is a clearly positive memento

It doesn't bother me at all. The effect dissipates rather quickly.

Besides, those of us that lack mudballs can retaliate with flower petals now.

Which is probably a vast improvement for stinky mer.

just get a private dye station in the privacy of your home

Khajiit just does not like fur with both mud and flowers - very hard to get clean afterwards :>
