Impen gear/ champion points

Hey guys and girls Iv been saving up mats to make a impen set for stemblade to pvp with i just have a few questions, there is a champion point Iv forgotten the name sorry but it does critical resistances should put points in this and how many? Or will the impen set be enough? I'm only cp 210 so don't have a lot of points plus I do a lot of pve as far as I know monsters don't do crit.

✭I go for 1800 or more in pvp. I don't use any from cp tree if my armor is over 1800 I like to run 2 k but it's not always possible.Sorcerna, proud beta sorc.
