Sometimes the NPCs are underground. Being a start quest NPCs, end quest, gathering NPC quest or even the bleakrock banker.

Relog fixes it generally.1 -

✭✭✭✭After Homestead a lot of NPCs in many different locations are underground. Only their head is visible above the ground. Also when starting dualog with them camera goes crazy...0 -

Not underground just up to their knees in wood.Grinding just make you go in circles.

I've seen random NPCs half-stuck in the ground before. Sometimes they're adds and the moment they aggro they pop up out of the ground. Doesn't happen too terribly often but I have witnessed this.Edited by LadyLavina on March 26, 2017 11:02PMPC - NA @LadyLavina 1800+ CP PvP Tank and PvP Healer0 -
MrTinSoul ShrivenHere are some recent examples to illustrate the point - in all but one the NPC has dropped down, the other, as you can see, has her head stuck in the ceiling. I agree that it has got much worse since homestead, and have seen an example on the PTS too...
