When I was in beta I played all 3 and then settled with Aldmeri at console launch because the progression and overall theme seemed to match what I wanted from the game. Other than a few issues, Daggerfall is a close second. Where both seem like they are alliances independently, Ebonheart seems more like a loose association of somewhat like-minded people.
