Twin Blade and Blunt

Hey there, this will be a n00b question. But from the experts out there that have tested it. Does the twin blade and blunt passive work with magicka Templars? or will 2 sharpened axes do the same as 2 sharpened swords?
I have been grinding 2 sharpened swords for weeks now with no luck, so if the axes and swords are the same, I can stop farming.

✭✭✭✭You will get the same spell damage with 2 axes but you will lose out on the extra 2.5% actual damage from each sword. So really you are going to lose out on at most 5% more actual damage, from using any other dual wield combo, it is up to you if that is worth your time.Edited by Lightspeedflashb14_ESO on March 26, 2017 8:48AM0 -
