Severe Lag on NA PC Server Since Last Patch - Please Take Some Time To Fix It

After the last patch, many people, including myself, have been experiencing high ping and terrible lag in the open world, dungeons, and especially trials. I was hoping that this upcoming Monday that ZOS was going to take some time to take the servers down and fix this awful lag. However, I see no maintainence scheduled, which is extremely disappointing. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom and any other Zenimax staff, for the love of Talos, take a few hours to get the bloody servers working properly again. I live in the US, in Wisconsin, and my ping is usually 100-170 in most areas of the game (usually a little higher in Cyrodiil). Dungeons usually have the lowest ping, and trials have higher ping, but that's because of all the AOEs and whatnot with 12 people. However, I was getting a consistant 300 ping or much higher in trials, and a little lower in dungeons and open world areas. Please, take care of the NA server at least. I know you all are hyped for Morrowind, but that is no excuse to neglect the live servers.

My latency (ping) had consistently been in the high 200's to low 300's even during the late night (10PM - 6AM EST), and ranged from 900 - 1400 during the daytime hours (2PM to about 9PM EST). It had even, on several memorable occasions, gone up to 14k. It has been much, much lower for the past week. I've seen latency numbers ranging from 90-150 during the late night, which is when I primarily play. This, by the way, is with a 3 MegaBit connection (its about 330KB/s, DSL).
Its entirely possible that you and your friends are experiencing an ISP or routing issue. The majority of my main guild have been issue free, the only ones mentioning any sort of issues are either using FIOS fiber, or are in the upper Northwest of the US (well. One of the FIOS users is in Texas).
I'm assuming you've done a traceroute to verify that the issue is on ZOS's end?0
