Will Jester's Festival achievement furnisher remain after event?

The vendor is located in the capital cities and sell two jester trees if you did the meta achievement for the event.
Since this NPC has been around for quite some time before the event, with the trees in inventory, I am wondering if she remains after the event?
So basically I would like to know if I can still buy the trees, now that I have unlocked them by getting the achievement, after the event, or if I have to stockpile now?
Any official response on how this works and will work in general going forward would be great - I haven't been able to dig anything up!

Achievement Furnishers
Certain Achievements in Tamriel will unlock the ability to purchase special furnishings associated with that accomplishment from Achievement Furnishers. These items are purchased with gold or Alliance Points, and because they are awards for a unique quest or activity, they cannot be traded away. Additionally, many existing merchants now offer unique Achievement furnishings associated with their profession.
With upcoming holiday events, certain Holiday Furnishing merchants will also sell a selection of items related to the quests from that holiday. The items will remain available on the merchant even when the holiday is over, but you won't be able to pick up the quests or participate in the holiday event unless the holiday is active.

I spent a lot of money turning Bouldertree Refuge into a small forest, so I'll probably buy them eventually. Someone was trying to convince me that these ones were animated though. Was I trolled? (He asks the forums naively).1 -

The trees have animated flower pedals dropping so IMO it is a must-have (and beautiful)4 -
