@ZOS_GinaBruno I wanted to make sure you at least seen this.
Please move this to the appropriate fourm, I was not to sure where to put it.
°Add an option so that the group leader can assign a certain person who can clean up the group and remove group members and also invite people to the group, this would mainly be for PvP. This way while the group leader is busy commanding and talking and does not have time to stop and add people to the group you can have a designated person who can also do these things, the designated person would also have an icon by their name like the crown but of course a different icon.
°Add PvP same alliance character's to share their PvP rank. Of course the skill lines would still have to be leveled up depending on what character you are on. This way you're rank for same alliance will follow you no matter what character you switch to, as long it is the same alliance. If you have a different character who is not the same alliance, their rank will not follow them.
°Fix switching to a diffrent character, we all know that if you're in a group and you switch character's that you have to either leave the group or be removed and once you're on your new character then be readded to the group. This would be an excellent feature to fix.
The first one really does need to be a feature and definitely the last one.

✭Those are great suggestions. FYI, stickier to the top of general discussion is a thread "ESO Live ask us anything". Questions like that (it's best to ask one) might get an answer on the monthly show.
1. Having a group "lieutenant" would be awesome. That person could also become leader if the leader disappears.
2. I like this idea. Most players like this idea. Many moons ago they talked about it on ESO Live and they didn't like the idea. I guess because....? I don't really remember. I think the concept that you could grind up rank on an easy class then transfer that to a class you weren't proficient in? It seems less relevant now that they collapsed the abilities and passives so low...and as you say, could disconnect those.
But clearly, players who want to mix it up are at a disadvantage in ranks.
3. Some sort of group/character hot swapping would be awesome across the game. How annoying are the ENDLESS conversations at the undaunted enclave where someone leaves to get their tank, the group fills, they come back, confusion, blah, blah, blah.0
