Game won't load in past the character screen

I sign in to my game and the character select screen comes up. I choose a character and click play. After a long loading screen, I get kicked back to the sign in screen with the message that an error has occurred, please try to log in again in a few minutes.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions? I have submitted a ticket.

If your on the PC, have you updated your addons since the patch?Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

✭✭✭✭✭If you move the mouse and click every once in awhile you will get back in.
Do it every five mins till you are in.
P.S turn settings low.
