Would elemental wall from a lightning staff with flame enchant cause both fire and lightning damage?

I'm sure that when the flame enchant procs, it's fire damage, but I'm not sure if the lightning wall of elements is plain magic damage or if it counts as lightning (for illambirs proc).

✭✭✭✭✭Yea it counts, as lightning damage. Lightning staff on dragon knight with Ilambris works well; eruption and engulfing flames to proc fire and lightning wall and ultimate to proc lightning.PS4 / NA
