Will Morag Tong converter convert dropped gear?

The imperial converter is kinda useless as it can't convert dropped gear. Will the Morag tong Converter work in the same way or it can convert any gear into morag tong style?
I'll preorder the game in next few days and answer to this question will determine which edition I'm gonna buy.

✭✭✭✭✭I doubt it, my guess it will be exactly like the Imperial but for the other style.
I always forget I even have this ability because it's so useless.
It does work on some parts of Martial Knowledge though (or at least used to) which was always interesting.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

AndrewQ84✭✭✭Far as I know, it will most likely work like the imperial converter. It can work on just about any gear except for dropped gear sets or named pieces.Sa'hira of the Shadows, DC Nightblade and ruins explorer extraordinaire.
