No, some dungeons require a different set of criteria to complete hard mode. An example is keeping four (4) wraiths alive during the Nerien'eth encounter.

The thing to realize is that those scrolls of glorious battle were added on later, to add a hard mode to the pile of dungeons that didn't have a hard mode when they got detached from their Part 2 story lines.

Example: it used to be, you went to a dungeon. If you went on normal, you played the storyline "fungal grotto: the movie". If you went on vet, you played the storyline "fungal grotto 2:the sequel movie". You couldn't play the first movie on vet difficulty, and you couldn't play the sequel on normal; until they separated the dungeon story into 1 and 2.

There is a hard mode for FG1. After you cross the bridge to get to the Kra'gh fight, there is a scroll to the left.

The scroll requirement doesn't show up until you actually enter the dungeon I believe. I could be wrong though.

There is definitely a scroll for all "version 1s" of dungeons.
