Good skills and morphs for a stam dk

So I know I can look up builds on google but I wanted actual player input from the forums. What are some good skills and morphs for a 2h and one hand and shield dragonknight? I've only been playing for a little bit and he's my first character. He also kinda sucks honestly. I mostly PVE. I don't want to junk him yet because I feel I haven't unlocked his full potential. I'll assume PvP so here it goes.
Crit charge or stampede, Noxious breath, evil hunter, or volatile armor (for night blades), executioner, dizzing swing, and rally: Ultimate Onslaught or smiting dawnbreaker. Shield: Reverberating bash, igneous shield, shuffle, heroic slash, and vigor. ultimate: Corrosive armor.

Depends what is your main weapon. This apply only in PvP.

You are S&B/2H already, so I assume your main bar is S&B. In this case, your best bet is to run in heavy armor and wear Tremorscale monster set (dropped in Volenfell, 4-man dungeon). Skill bars vary, but I mostly run this:

S&B: Pierce armor, Reverbating Bash, Resolving Vigor, Igneous Shield, Flex spot (I like Venomous Claw here), U: Dawnbreaker of Smithing
2H: Crit Charge, Reverse Slice, Volatile Armor, Shuffle, Rally U: Corrosive Armor

If your main weapon is 2H, than pretty standard off-bar weapon is bow. There are various builds for 2H/Bow Dk, some are medium some are heavy, just check some out. Skill bars mostly look like this:

2H: Dizzying Swing, Reverse Slice, Crit Charge, Rally, Flex (Evil Hunter is pretty good here), U: Dawnbreaker of Smithing
Bow: Poison Injection, Volatile Armor, Shuffle, Resolving Vigor, Igneous Shield, U: Corrosive Armor

2H/Bow builds are much harder to play than S&B/2H, but are much more effective when in right hands.
