✭So it opens a memento which causes your character to throw a bunch of pink flowers on the ground. Why is it called a branch? No idea...there's no branch. You just toss a handful of junk on the ground and it lasts about 5'secomds.1 -

✭When you use it at someone it gives them a halo of flower petals that float and drop petals. And its called a branch cause it grows never ending blossoms. You just shake em off and throw em at people lol. It says that on the description1 -

No it doesn't, I tried on 5 different people for the cheev, nothing happened0 -
SBC✭✭✭✭I did it and it worked. I did notice though it doesn't matter where you are aimed. You have to face your character towards the other person. Just go face the group of people getting the quest and throw it in a line through the group. I was getting 5+ per throw towards achievement1 -
