It's been a month and it's still broken. 45 minute wait times as any role for Daily Pledges sometimes. Then it queue's us in and someone cancels ready check so they're dropped from group or nobody is in the same group instance so it has to reload. If it bugs out(Someone drops or cancels ready check) you end up with only 2-3 people without any option to queue another. So you leave group and have a 15 minute cool down thanks to ZoS dumb ass system.
It took me 6 hours to queue into vCoA2 as DPS yesterday.

✭✭✭Anything that hasn't been fixed in a month should be considered a feature. This one, Idk, maybe it's there to encourage you to communicate more with people using zonechat, hence actually having to talk some and get to know them.
