✭It's best to always decline the quest. This will move the master writ to your inventory in a format you can see the rewards, put it into your bank or sell in a guild,store. This way, if you get a writ that would take months or thousands of gold to complete, you could at least sell it off to someone to get something out of it. Once accepted as a quest, that character is stuck with it.
