As for constructive responses... ZOS, for whatever reason, cannot or will not release console and PC changes together. That, ask them. I've heard everything from Sony/Microsoft not clearing patches right away to PC being guinea pigs.

You do realise that ask the patches PC get eventually come to console. PC gets the patch way before because zos didn't have to go through another party to patch PC.
When it comes to console they turn the patch into Microsoft/Sony and have to wait till Microsoft/Sony to approve.

PC's are easier to patch than consoles, (and easier to fix, just throw some code at it, oh and mods MOD EVERYTHING!!) consoles tend to have huge files thrown at them while pc's can do it in batches, hence why the PC is the ultimate gaming system. However I'm on PS4 for this particular game. It will get fixed it has been noted, but don't ask me WHEN it will get fixed...SOON....who knows? also how come this was (Snipped) and not locked?
